Job description
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves football and/or wants to either get into coaching.

Responsibilities
– 1st responsibility: Assist the head football coach in planning, organizing, and executing practice sessions and game strategies.
– Provide instruction and guidance to players on proper techniques, skills, and game strategies.
– Assist in player development, including strength and conditioning programs.
– Help create a positive and supportive team environment.
– Assist in scouting opponents and analyzing game film.
– Collaborate with other coaches to develop game plans and strategies.
– Ensure the safety and well-being of players during practices and games.
– Provide feedback and evaluation to players to help them improve their performance.

Requirements:
– Previous experience playing or coaching football at a high school or college level.
– Knowledge of football rules, strategies, and techniques.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to work well with athletes of different skill levels and backgrounds.
– Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
– Availability to attend practices, games, and team events as required.

Skills:
– Ability to work with young athletes in a responsible and caring manner.

– Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage player behavior and maintain discipline within the team.
– Physical education: Understanding principles that can be applied to football training programs.
-Knowledge of skills that can be incorporated into football training drills or strategies.
– Educate: Ability to effectively teach players new techniques, skills, or game strategies.
